Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was huge and comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Location is pretty good as well and is several restaurants and convenient stores.

The self service laundry facility was fantastic. The subway to Seoul station is less than 10 minutes walk away. There’s a home plus with supermarket and food court nearby. Rainy days during our stay in suwon, there’s food outlets near the hotel which is great help.

Very convenient and parking available as we had a rental. Location was excellent with tons of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

The hotel staff are really kind that they picked us up from Dong Suwon limousine bus terminal on the day we arrive, and also sent us to the bus terminal on the day that we leave. This is really extra service that they are providing to us, really appreciate it so much!

The staff is friendly and can speak fluent English or Chinese. They booked the airport shuttle bus ticket for me with they local mobile phone.

The room was large and comfy, facilities were clean. Front staff was very kind and there was a vending macine and coffee machine in the lobby for when we got back to the hotel late at night. This was good as there arent many convenience stores around.
